Join us for our HIIT exercise class, the most efficient work out for busy people to get fit. HIIT workouts are one of the most tried & true methods to assist in weight loss and can be scaled for all ages and fitness levels.

Fellowship with other adults in our fun psycho-motor movement program to promote health and fitness. This coed class is a fun alternative to traditional gym workouts.

adult soccer fit class
Saturdays
7:30am - 8:30am
This coed class is designed to help prevent injury, improve foot skills and body balance. This is a great supplemental program if you are involved in one of our adult soccer leagues or just want to improve your fitness.
